Samsonite Israel: Official Importer Since 1984

RUDI has been the official Samsonite importer in Israel since 1984. Our showroom is at HaMered 29, Tel Aviv, a few minutes from the beach and the Azrieli towers, with parking right outside. Every suitcase we sell is original, sealed in its factory box, and carries the full manufacturer warranty registered in your name and honoured here in Israel.

Samsonite prices in Israel

We buy directly from the manufacturer, so we hold the best net price in the country. A cabin trolley starts at roughly 700 shekels, a medium suitcase from about 900, and a large one from about 1,100. Two and three piece sets work out noticeably cheaper than buying the same cases separately.

Which size do you need

Cabin, 55 cm

Fits the carry on rules of El Al, Israir, Arkia and most European carriers. Around 35 to 45 litres, enough for three or four days. Popular series: Upscape, Image, C-Lite, Focus and Major-Lite.

Medium, 67 to 69 cm

A week to ten days. The light series weigh around 3 kg empty, which leaves plenty of room inside the 23 kg allowance.

Large, 75 to 81 cm

Long trips, relocation, family holidays. Look for the expansion zip marked EXP, it adds up to 15 percent more volume for the way home.

Hard shell or soft

A hard shell in polypropylene or Curv protects the contents better and wipes clean. A soft fabric case forgives overpacking, has outside pockets and usually costs less. For journeys with connections we normally recommend hard shell.

Warranty and repairs

Samsonite carries a manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years depending on the series. We register the warranty in your name and it is honoured here in Israel, through the manufacturer’s authorised service centre, which handles wheels, handles and locks with original parts. Leather bags, wallets and belts are repaired in our own workshop at HaMered 29, with parts from the Italian factory.

Delivery and pickup

Free delivery anywhere in Israel within two business days, with no minimum order. You can also collect from the Tel Aviv store the same day.
